Directions
to Ranchito San Pedro
From Albuquerque Take I-25 north to Santa Fe. There are 2 Santa Fe exits. It is easiest to take St. Francis Drive and stay on it. Make sure you turn when St. Francis turns at an intersection with Cerrillos Dr. St. Francis Drive becomes Hwy 84, north to Española. Once you pass Pojoaque (Po-wak-ee), you are just 6 miles from the Dreamcatcher Cinema intersection. See the map above.
From Santa Fe
Go north on Hwy 84,
through Pojoaque towards Española. There is a 4-way stop
light about 2 miles south of Española with Dream Catcher
Cinema located on the NE corner. Turn left at the stoplight onto
Hwy 399 towards La Mesilla. Go 1.0
mile exactly. Turn right onto Hwy 581. Go 0.7
miles to Ranchito San Pedro, located on the left. Directly across
the street from the entry driveway is a large parrot sign reading
ARTE.S.
From Los Alamos
Go down the hill and
take the Española turnoff onto Hwy 30, past Black Mesa and
Santa Clara Pueblo. At the first stoplight, turn right onto "the
bridge road" which is un-named. Go over the Rio Grande bridge
and turn right onto the ONLY road to the right, Lower San
Pedro Road. There is a sign for the Animal Shelter there,too. Go
1.0 mile and turn left onto Hwy 581.
Ranchito San Pedro is the first right - across the street from
the large parrot sign that reads, ARTE.S.
From Antonito,
Chama & Abiquiu.
From the north it is best to get onto Hwy 68, Riverside Drive, in
Española, which is a continuation of the highway from Taos.
You can cross over the Rio Grande in Española 3 ways (see
map above. Each has a stoplight and the first one you come to is
Fairview Ave. Turn left there and then right onto Riverside (Taos
highway) at the next light. Continue on with directions from Taos.
From Taos.
Take Hwy 68 down through the canyon to Española. You'll pass
through the business area (fast food restaurants) of Española
and start heading toward Santa Fe onto Hwy 84 just past Dandy's
Burgers. Continue south another mile to a 4 way stoplight with Dream
Catcher Cinema located on your left. Turn right onto Hwy 399 toward
La Mesilla. Go 1.0 mile exactly. Turn
right again onto Hwy 581. Go 0.7 mile
to Ranchito San Pedro, located on the left. Directly across the
street from the entry driveway is a large parrot sign reading ARTE.S.
